Chef Dora's Feijoada is a stew made of black beans, onion, garlic, chunks of corned beef, pork loin and Andouille sausage. To sprinkle on top is Farofa, a toasted yucca flour, and lime and chili pepper hot sauce.
Served with Sauteed Collard Greens with Bacon & Brazilian Rice

Muqueca

 Moqueca is a traditional Brazilian seafood stew from Bahia in the North. Chef Dora Burnquist prepares this dish for you with mahi mahi fish, onion, bell pepper, garl;ic, coconut milk, onion and olive oil,.  Served with Brazilian Rice
