Your brunches are now being prepared by a woman with truly blessed hands and a sense of taste and style to match.  Dora Burnquist has prepared food for countless people in Brazil, Italy and Germany; as well as with her daughters, Milena and Rebecca in their former restaurant, Cafe Melodia in Luecadia.

This restaurant was as well known for its healthy, mainly vegetarian/Brazilian style food as it was for its association with Dora's son Bob Burnquist, world champion skateboarder.

If it's 'Wheaties' in America that makes champions, it's Dora's cuisine that has produced two beautiful and healthy daughters and a Brazilian/US champion too.

Dora has also catered parties large and small, including her family dinners that makes most nights into a party of great food.  

Dora settles for nothing less than fresh, healthy and quality in her food selections.  Her fruit salad is seasonal - this week a mixture of papaya, grapes, strawberries and melons.  She is introducing some great new flavors for brunch.

Dora can barely make her famous pie fast enough for the demand at Friars Folly. Full of apples and a wonderful crust, this pie has become so popular, our guests now request to buy whole pies. With notice, you can purchase Dora's Apple Pie.
